Jim Hamilton is the Founder and Principal of CityWest Advisors, a firm specializing in the investment, re-positioning, leasing and operation of office buildings in Southern California. Jim also provides strategic consulting, market & feasibility analyses, financial analysis, underwriting and capital markets advisory services to investors and developers. Before founding CityWest, Jim was a Director in the Transactions Group of SENTRE Partners, where he focused on the investment and leasing of office and industrial properties. He also served as an officer in the Marine Corps including combat service in the Persian Gulf. Jim is a member of both the San Diego Downtown Partnership and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) San Diego Chapter.

With more than 30 years of executive-level experience in public and private industry, Bob is responsible for thought leadership, strategic planning, management of multiple departments and development of long term goals for corporate growth and profitability at Level 10 Construction. Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA, a Masters in Business Administration from Arizona State University and an Economic Fellowship from the American Institute for Economic Research. He has also served as board member for both Sharp Healthcare Foundation and Glenner Memory Foundation for several years.

Kaitlin Murphy Arduino is Executive Vice President and Partner of Murphy Development Company, a leading developer of corporate industrial and technology parks with over 10 million square feet master planned or developed in the City of San Diego. Mrs. Arduino is responsible for all aspects of the development cycle including land use analysis and site selection, entitlement and permitting for the company's corporate business parks, and construction project management. She also works with the CFO on the construction and permanent financing for Murphy Development's existing assets and new acquisitions. Mrs. Arduino holds a Masters in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics, where she graduated with distinction.

Preston Underdown joined The Richman Group of California Development Company in 2014 as Director of Development, responsible for managing Richman's California pipeline throughout all phases of the development life cycle. Underdown has over 15 years of professional experience in multiple industries including real estate development, investment banking, and management consulting. He has assisted with the financing and development of more than $1 Billion in mixed-use, high-rise projects and single-family residential master-planned communities throughout Southern California and Washington State. A former professional baseball player in the Philadelphia Phillies organization, Underdown holds an MBA with a concentration in finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, both from Baylor University.

Jack Crittenden

Crittenden is a fifth-generation San Diegan who graduated with honors from University 
of Southern California administration, specializing his law degree from American College of Law. For the past 25 years he has led Cypress Magazines, which publishes five magazines. The company has worked closely with Crittenden Real Estate, a conference and news company that his father founded in 1971. Jack has won awards for his column and feature writing, and is an accomplished speaker.
